Order an oak-smoked whole stuffed turkey (7 kgs) for eight to ten people, with brioche and beef chorizo stuffing. Trimmings include three signature sides from their menu and a smokey bone marrow gravy. That’s not all, you can also order a slow-smoked beef rib eye for the festive season (approximately 3 kgs) with sides and gravy.
