Abu Dhabi hospital welcomes Eid Al Adha twins into the world
Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi has successfully welcomed the first Eid Al Adha babies into the world.
Little baby boys, Mohammed and Hamdan, were welcomed by their parents, the Saudi mother and the Emirati father, Zayed Al Katheeri, with the help of consultant Dr. Sausan Abdul Rahman from Burjeel Hospital’s gynaecology and obstetrics team, just after midnight on the first day of Eid Al Adha.
They join three other siblings in the family, who were excited to welcome the first Eid Al Adha babies into the world.
“We are over the moon at the birth of our two healthy baby boys. The delivery of our twin boys is the best gift we could ever imagine, and we are so excited to welcome the twins into the world this Eid Al Adha,” said the delighted parents. “We would like to extend our thanks to the team at Burjeel Hospital for their care and help along the way; the support they have shown us has been most fantastic and we will never forget this Eid Al Adha.”
Dr Abdul Rahman also delivered another set of twins born on the joyous occasion. Ahmed Alnuaimi and Fatma Al Hosani were thrilled to welcome little Al Reem Alnuaimi and Noora Alnuaimi into the world at this special time. The mother and her babies are happy and healthy and the family is looking forward to the future with their new additions.
Consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, Dr. Sausan Abdul Rahman celebrated alongside the couple, saying: “It has been our absolute pleasure to have supported the family on the birth of their beautiful baby twins. The mother and her babies are all healthy and are doing well. Delivering the babies over such an important occasion as Eid Al Adha has been an incredible honour, and we at Burjeel Hospital would like to wish the family every happiness in the future.”
