Introducing the “Taste of Korea” Menu at BA-Boldly Asian – A Culinary Journey Inspired by Global Flavours
BA-Boldly Asian is proud to present the “Taste of Korea” menu, a unique collection of Korean-inspired dishes that pay homage to the incredible culinary traditions of South Korea. Inspired by a series of memorable experiences during travels to South Africa, Japan, Thailand, and Dubai, Chef Usman learned and refined recipes from Korean friends, who shared their vibrant and diverse cuisine. Standout dishes include Korean Fried Chicken, crispy and golden-fried, glazed with a gochujang sauce that balances sweet, spicy and savoury flavours, topped with crunchy cashews. The Ba Special Gimbap offers a bold twist on the classic, featuring prawn tempura, kimchi, tangy takuan, and aioli rolled in seasoned rice and seaweed. The Wagyu Bibimbap combines tender wagyu beef, a fried egg, sautéed vegetables, and rich marrow over steamed rice, elevating this traditional dish to new heights. The combination of flavours and textures elevates this classic Korean comfort food to an entirely new level.
