Nestled within a 64-hectare estate, the equestrian-themed Meliá Desert Palm Hotel has unveiled its newly refreshed poolside restaurant Epicure, a reimagined all-day dining destination that blends contemporary design with international cuisine amidst the resort’s peaceful embrace.

Designed by Spanish interior designer Pol Domenech Simo, the space captures the serenity of the desert with plush earthy tones while embracing a modern aesthetic enriched by Arab and Mediterranean influences.

Elegant finishes and minimalist furniture add sophistication, combined with subtle touches of wood, marble and warm metals that evoke a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can expect a refined dining destination, seamlessly blending Levantine Mediterranean flavours in a sophisticated, all-day dining experience, by the resort’s glimmering infinity pool and Spanish-inspired alfresco terrace.

In line with the interior refresh, Epicure’s menu has also been upgraded to ensure that social gatherings and poolside relaxation celebrate gastronomic diversity. With authentic Mediterranean and rich Levantine flavours, diners will delight in high-quality ingredients that are blended with traditional cooking techniques to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
