Understanding your cycle: You can detect your fertile days!

Ovulation tests detect the surge of luteinizing hormone (LH) that precedes ovulation. It’s easy: just urinate on the absorbent tip of the test and within minutes you get a clear and accurate result: LH surge, or no LH surge.

The goal is not to test every day but to test according to your cycle length. If your result is ‘No LH surge’, you should test again the next day. And so on until an ‘LH surge’ is identified – this means today and tomorrow are your 2 most fertile days.¹  Have sex to maximise your chances of getting pregnant. There is no need to test again this cycle. If necessary, test again in your next cycle. You can use any test sticks you have left from the pack.
