Claudia Ribas is the co-founder of QiDZ, the leading digital platform in the GCC for family, kids, and entertainment activities.

With over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and digital strategy across luxury goods, FMCG, and tech, she has built and scaled brands, driven high-impact partnerships, and led innovative customer engagement strategies. As part of the founding team, she has played a key role in growing QiDZ into a powerhouse, reaching millions of families and transforming how parents discover and book experiences.

As a mother of three, she brings both business acumen and deep personal insight into the parenting space as she deeply understands the needs of parents and the importance of making family time fun and memorable.

Hanan is the founder of The Family Hub – a popular educational platform that aims to raise awareness on all things positive parenting via workshops that she delivers, online consultations, community events, educational products and a number one parenting podcast in Arabic across the MENA region called ً‫الموضوع عائلي جدا‬. Over 200,000 parents across social media platforms log on to hear Hanan’s advice on various topics and her passion and love shines through in every conversation that she has. Currently, The Family Hub is the largest on ground parenting community in the UAE educating over 2,000 families monthly in our sessions.

Hanan is an international public speaker, speaking on the TedX stage, in the 1 billion Summit, the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (where she also hosted their podcast with top notch founders the Sharjah Backstage Pass) and other parenting conferences in the region. She is a mother and has 16 years of experience in the educational field with 13 of them working in top international private schools in the UAE, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and in Egypt. Hanan holds a master’s degree in Education, is an examiner for IBDP economics and is a highly experienced and certified positive discipline educator for both parents and teachers across the globe as well as a successfully published writer and contributor to a number of key publications.

Her podcast ً‫الموضوع عائلي جدا‬launched in May 2023 and is now ranking in the top 10 spot for parenting podcasts across the Middle East, translated to “It’s a real family thing!” talking about family matters via storytelling from our everyday lives with almost 80,000 downloads in 18 months, launching on Youtube last September 2024.
