It’s the one you’ve been waiting for – the doors have officially opened for Friday brunch at the cosmopolitan Khayal Restaurant, Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, Abu Dhabi. Each and every Friday between 12.30pm and 4.00 pm guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and feasts at the brand new brunch in the heart of Khalifa City A.
Brunch Live features an extensive open plan kitchen where brunchers will be spoilt for choice with a variety of dishes bursting with flavour from the far corners of the world. With 15 cooking station, six of them being live and interactive, packed with dishes that will excite your taste buds. Guests can enjoy an impressive range of dishes from handmade pasta and pizza made to order in the traditional pizza oven, to a succulent selection of meats such as corn-fed chicken breast, US angus rib eye and wagyu beef tenderloin. An array of seafood delicacies fresh from the ocean are also on offer such as Scottish salmon and tiger prawns. Those looking for something spicy can indulge in some specialty Indian delicacies including Punjabi butter chicken, traditional dum biryani and freshly cooked authentic skewers from the tandoor clay pot oven. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, the dessert offering promises not to disappoint with a homemade ice cream counter, Belgian chocolate mousse with fresh berries and mocha ice cream, blueberry cheese cake with chocolate ganache and also passion fruit crème brulee to name a few.
